The terms that govern your use of CleanBleep's online profanity detection and censoring tools.
2026/05/28
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CleanBleep, including cleanbleep.com and our video and audio profanity censoring tools. By using CleanBleep, you agree to these Terms.
CleanBleep provides tools to upload or select media, transcribe speech, detect possible profanity, review timestamps, apply censor effects, preview results, and export cleaned files.
You are responsible for reviewing all results before publishing. Automatic transcription and profanity detection may miss words, flag harmless words, or produce inaccurate timestamps.
When you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Please notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You keep ownership of the video, audio, transcripts, and other content you bring to CleanBleep. You give us the limited permission needed to process that content so we can provide the service, including transcription, profanity detection, preview, export, support, troubleshooting, and security.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process the content you use with CleanBleep.
CleanBleep, including our website, interface, branding, software, workflows, documentation, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of CleanBleep or its underlying technology.
CleanBleep may offer free credits, paid credit packages, and subscription plans. Credits represent processing minutes unless stated otherwise. Credits, subscription limits, plan features, and pricing may change over time.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Creem. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize applicable charges. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
CleanBleep is designed to help you prepare cleaner content, but we do not guarantee that a cleaned file will satisfy YouTube, TikTok, podcast platforms, advertising networks, schools, employers, or any other third party. You remain responsible for final editorial decisions and platform compliance.
You agree not to:
CleanBleep relies on third-party providers for functions such as hosting, authentication, transcription, analytics, email, chat, and payments. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, and their terms may apply to your use of those services.
We may suspend or terminate access to CleanBleep if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users or the service, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a harmful or unlawful way. You may stop using CleanBleep at any time.
CleanBleep is evolving. We may add, remove, or change features, providers, limits, pricing, and availability. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
CleanBleep is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CleanBleep will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, platform penalties, or publishing decisions arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of CleanBleep after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us or email support@cleanbleep.com.
